MGSOSA Midwest is having their annual conference this year at Judson University from June 16th to 19th. The topic will be based on the Galations 5:22-25 - The Fruits of the Spirit.
The the keynote speaker for the conference will be Rev. Dr. Renjan Mathew from St. Ignatius Dallas. Fr. Renjan has been passionate about the church since childhood. He studied at St. Ephraim's Ecumenical Research Institute for four years. He completed further studies in Theology at Dharmaram Institute of Pontifical Anthenaeum. Over the years, he has served and led in a variety of church and ecumenical orginizations (Kerala Council of Churches, National Council Churches, Syrian Orthodox Christian Students Movement, and many more.) In 2012, he was ordained to serve(as Sub-deacon) in the role of clery as well. In 2015, he was ordained as a priest. He is currently serving as a priest at St. Ignatious Cathedral - Dallas. In addiiton, he is a practicing Clinical Neuropsychologist and holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. You can read more about Fr. Dr. Renjan Mathew on his blog.
